Every password you have,
one place you trust.
Captain Password keeps your logins, passwords and private notes in a single vault — on the web, your desktop and your phone, behind the Horizech account you already have. The generator on the right is free and needs no account at all.
Signs in with your existing Horizech account. No separate password to remember.
Where you can use it
One vault, wherever you are.
The web app is live today. The native apps are built and in testing — we would rather say so than hand you an installer your operating system is going to refuse.
Details
Small decisions, made on purpose.
A password manager is judged on the parts nobody advertises. These are ours.
Site icons are drawn from the name itself. Fetching a favicon would quietly tell that website — once per entry — that you keep an account there.
Passwords are hidden by default and shown only where you ask, resetting as you move around. An open vault is not a page of plaintext for whoever walks past.
A copied password clears itself after thirty seconds — and only if the clipboard still holds what we put there, so it never deletes something you copied since.
A fixed set of categories rather than free text, so an entry filed on your phone lands where you expect it on your desktop.
Sign in with the Horizech account you already have. There is no separate master password to invent, forget, or reset.
The desktop and Android apps open your actual browser rather than an embedded window pretending to be one — so you can see the address bar you are typing into.
Getting started
Three steps, then it is just there.
With your Horizech account. If you have used anything else of ours, you already have one.
Name, login, password, website, folder and a note. Generate the password as you go.
The same vault in the browser, on your desktop and on your phone.
